This Refund Policy applies to purchases of FilamentPicks Print Radar, a browser-based digital software product sold through Lemon Squeezy.
Digital product and immediate access
Print Radar is delivered digitally after a successful purchase. Your receipt and license key are sent to the email address used at checkout. Because access to digital content begins immediately, purchases are generally final once delivery or license access has begun, except where a refund or another remedy is required by applicable law or provided under the Lemon Squeezy Buyer Terms.
Technical or delivery problems
If you cannot receive, activate, or use Print Radar as described, contact hello@filamentpicks.com with the email address used at checkout, your order number, and a short description of the problem. We will make a reasonable effort to restore access, reset an eligible activation, or resolve a material defect. If the problem cannot be resolved, Lemon Squeezy may provide a replacement or refund in accordance with its Buyer Terms and applicable law.
Refund requests
Lemon Squeezy acts as Merchant of Record and processes payments, taxes, chargebacks, and transaction-related refunds. Refund requests are reviewed by Lemon Squeezy on a case-by-case basis and may be refused where there is evidence of fraud, refund abuse, license sharing, resale, or other manipulative behavior.
To request assistance or a refund, contact hello@filamentpicks.com with your order details. You may also contact Lemon Squeezy using the support information provided on your purchase receipt.
Change-of-mind requests
Print Radar includes a public product description and limited preview so that you can review its features before purchasing. A change of mind, failure to check browser or device suitability, or deciding that you no longer need the product does not automatically qualify for a refund after digital access or activation has begun. This does not limit any mandatory consumer right that applies to you.
Duplicate and unauthorized purchases
If you believe you were charged more than once for the same order or that a purchase was made without your authorization, contact us promptly so the transaction can be reviewed. Do not share your license key or purchase email.
Consumer rights
Nothing in this policy excludes, restricts, or overrides any mandatory consumer right, statutory guarantee, or legal remedy available under applicable law. Lemon Squeezy’s Buyer Terms also apply to the purchase transaction.
